Composition of Ralson Cufrest (Children Cough Syrup)
Each 100 ml contains:
Justicia Adhatoda 1x
Azadirachta Indica 1x
Ocimum sanctum 1x
Drosera 3x: Cough very deep and hoarse; worse, after midnight; yellow expectoration, with bleeding from nose and mouth; retching. Deep, hoarse voice; hoarseness; laryngitis.
Ipecac 3x: Breathlessness. Yearly attacks of difficult shortness of breathing. Continued sneezing; coryza; wheezing cough. Cough incessant and violent
Antim Tart 3x: . Burning sensation in chest, Cough excited by eating, with pain in chest and larynx. Rattling of mucus with little expectoration and weakness and debility.
Magn Phosphoricum 6x:
Ferrum Phos 3x: Short, painful tickling cough. hard dry cough with sore chest and hoarseness, with weakness.
Natrum Sulph 6x: Cough, with thick ropy, greenish expectoration; chest feels all gone. Constant desire to take deep, long breath.Every fresh cold air brings suffocation and attacks of breathlessness.
Kalium Muriaticum 3x: Rattling sounds of air passing through thick, white mucus in the bronchi; difficult to cough up. Loud, noisy and barking cough.

Infants: Half teaspoonful thrice a day
