How to works	How Dresin Tablet VT works Dresin -V Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Clotrimazole, Lactobacillus, Povidone Iodine and Tinidazole. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Lactobacillus is a live microorganism which maintains the vaginal tract in a healthy condition by producing anti-infectious substances. Povidone Iodine is an antiseptic applied on skin which is infected or is likely to get infected. It slowly releases iodine which kills or prevents the growth of infectious microorganisms. Tinidazole is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA.
