How to works How Glustop Eye Drop works Glustop Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Dorzolamide (topical) and Timolol. Dorzolamide (topical) is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor and Timolol is a beta blocker. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
