Sayfer XT Tablet is used to prevent and treat iron deficiency and anaemia. It contains Ferrous Bisglycinate - 60 mg, Folic Acid - 1 mg, Elemental Zinc - 15 mg, and Methylcobalamin - 500 mcg.
Role of key ingredients:
Ferrous bisglycinate provides iron to the body. Iron is required by the body to produce red blood cells, and is used to prevent and treat conditions such as anaemia which arises from iron deficiency.
Folic acid is a type of vitamin B that helps in the formation of healthy cells, especially red blood cells. It is useful for patients suffering from anaemia.
Elemental zinc is required for the formation of red blood cells and helps to prevent and treat anaemia.
Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that is used to treat pernicious anaemia, a type of anaemia resulting from vitamin B12 deficiency.
