Siozide 100 mg/5 mg Syrup

Siozide 100 mg/5 mg Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Isoniazid and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine). Isoniazid is an antibiotic which prevents the TB bacteria from forming their own protective covering. This kills the bacteria and eradicates the infection. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is added to prevent nerve damage which may be a side effect of isoniazid.

How to use Siozide Syrup

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Siozide 100 mg/5 mg Syrup is to be taken empty stomach.
Avoid Siozide 100 mg/5 mg Syrup with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.
