    How to works How Oflo DM Eye Drop works Oflo DM Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Ofloxacin and Beclometasone which treat eye infection. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. This treats your infection. Beclometasone is a steroid medicine which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
