How to works How Dpc Tablet works Dpc Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine and Magnesium Trisilicate which relieve cold symptoms. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt that neutralizes the excess acid in the stomach.
