Nimotide 30 mg Tablet lowers your blood pressure and makes it easier for your heart to pump blood around your body. Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes and heart attacks. It may also be used to reduce the number and severity of angina attacks (chest pain caused by heart disease). It can cause ankle or foot swelling. Raise your legs while you’re sitting down and talk to your doctor if it does not go away. A sudden drop in your blood pressure may occur, especially when you first start taking Nimotide 30 mg Tablet. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Take it at the same time every day to help you remember to take it. Side effects like dizziness, headache, and flushing, and ankle or foot swelling can be experienced with its use. This may not be with everyone. Drink plenty of fluids and try cutting down on coffee, tea and alcohol. Any of the side effects other than mentioned above if occur, do consult the treating physician.
