Codomolindon 500 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Codeine. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.
