How Ramitorva Capsule works
Ramitorva Capsule is a combination of three medicines: Atorvastatin, Aspirin / Acetylsalicylic acid and Ramipril which prevent heart attack and stroke. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL). Aspirin is an antiplatelet medication. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots. Ramipril is a blood-pressure lowering medicine which works by relaxing blood vessels so that blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently. |
