How Goodova Plus Tablet works
GOODOVA PLUS 25 MG/600 MG TABLET is a combination of two medicines: Enclomiphene and Acetylcysteine which treat female infertility. Enclomiphene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation). Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic. It is added to counteract the harmful effect of Enclomiphene on the cervical mucus (protective fluid in the uterus). |
